A day after two suspects were arrested during an attempted break and enter another break in was stopped by police presence.

It may have been luck and it may have been coincidence but sometimes that's all it takes.

A break in was foiled Tuesday morning by good timing. The South Hill Esso was broken into around 1:17 Tuesday morning causing a thousand dollars damage to the business but that's all the owner has to worry about as the thief was scared off.

A police officer happened to be passing by the area and noticed a male suspect fleeing the scene. Unfortunately the suspect got away. Nothing was taken and police continue to investigate.

This on the heels of a foiled break in Monday morning in Moose Jaw on the west side of the city. Two men from Medicine Hat are faced with charges of break and enter, theft over 5000 dollars, breach of probation, drug possession, and trespass by night.

A break and enter discovered by Moose Jaw Police early Monday morning led to the arrest of two men and through investigation police discovered the suspects were involved in several other incidents involving stolen property.

26 year old Chad Allan Tokamp and 21 year old Derek Frank Rissling made a brief appearance in provincial court Monday and the pair will remain in police custody at least until Wednesday morning when they have a bail hearing scheduled for 9:30am.
