Moose Jaw Police responded to 45 calls for service.  

10:33 am – Mischief – 800 block Chester Rd – Graffiti was noted in the area. This happened sometime in the past week. This is still under investigation. 

12:42 pm – Disturbance – The subject was upset, yelling and swearing. The subject was asked to leave and refused.  The subject left upon Police request. 

3:26 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked blocking an alley. The owner was contacted and moved the vehicle. 

3:53 pm – Disturbance – A group of people were refusing to leave a local business when they refused to comply with the rules.  The subjects left upon Police arrival. This is still under investigation. 

4:29 pm – Vehicle Seizure – Police enacted a 30-day SGI impound. The driver was suspended and impoundable. 

4:52 pm – Noise Bylaw – A resident was smashing things in the apartment. This was unfounded. The apartment above was getting new drywall. 

4:55 pm – Dispute – A verbal argument was mediated and the parties separated for the day. 

7:10 pm – Breach Court Order – The suspect was in contact with people they were on conditions to stay away from.  This was unfounded, as the other people were not in the home. 

8:07 pm – Vehicle Seizure – Police enacted a 30-day SGI impound. The driver was suspended and impoundable. 

8:13 pm – Mischief – The suspect drove away from a gas pump with the nozzle still in the gas tank.  This damaged the pump nozzle.  The plate number was obtained. This is still under investigation. 

8:19 pm – Erratic Driving – The driver was noted swerving all over the highway and nearly sideswiped the caller.  The vehicle was located and the driver was spoken to.  They were warned for their driving actions. 

9:00 pm – Dispute – A verbal dispute took place between parties.  This was mediated. 

9:23 pm – Possess Stolen Property – Two adults were found to be in possession of stolen property.  They were charged and released for a court date at a later date. 

11:54 pm – Loud Party – The renter was warned as per the bylaw. 

12:22 pm – Loud Party – Police were called to return to an earlier party where the renter was warned.  The renter was issued a ticket to appear in Court. 

1:26 am – Breach Court Order – An adult failed to come to the door for Police checking the Court Ordered Curfew. 

1:32 am – Mischief – A driver threw drinks at staff in the drive thru of a local restaurant.  The license plate was obtained. This is still under investigation. 

5:01 am – Threats – This was an unfounded property dispute. The situation was mediated. 

5:42 am – Dispute – Adults were arguing, and the verbal dispute was mediated. 

5:36 am – Roadside Breath Demand – An adult was given a breath test. The result was a Pass. 

5:43 am – Impaired Driving – A youth driver blew a “Warn” in the roadside device.  The vehicle was seized for 3 days, and the diver’s license was suspended for 60 days. 

Police executed six warrants. 
Police assisted others in three cases. 
Police completed four bar checks.
