Paving and concrete Capital Projects are full steam ahead within the City of Moose Jaw.

Paving on Athabasca Street West from 2nd Avenue to 5th Avenue Northwest will continue through the week of July 24 to 28, weather permitting.

Alternate transit routes will be in place on Stadacona Street West for the entirety of the project.

The High Street West paving and milling project will begin on July 24 starting on the 800 block. Contractors will move eastward as the project progresses and traffic will be restricted where the work is taking place. The project is expected to take up to two weeks and all businesses and sidewalks will remain open throughout the work.

Also, on July 24, concrete work will begin on the 100 to 300 blocks of Ross Street East, with paving to follow in the first two weeks of August. While the project is ongoing, traffic will be reduced.

These projects are some of the 48 Capital projects approved in the 2023 Budget. The Capital Projects map can be viewed on the free City of Moose Jaw app.
