Mrs. Phyllis Grace Fysh (Dolmage) age 99 of Moose Jaw passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  Phyllis was born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan on June 5, 1925. Her family moved to North Battleford when she was five years old. After completing her high school, she went to Business school in Saskatoon to become a Tele-typist. Her first job was with CP Rail in Calgary, Alberta.  There she lived with her older sister Lauraine, brother-in-law Dave (Duchak) and their children, Gary and Donna.

On a trip back to Saskatoon to see family, she met Bob Fysh, who was staying in her parent’s home while attending U of S for a degree in pharmacy.  Her older brother Orville, worked as a pharmacist at Leonard Fysh Drugs in Moose Jaw at the time.  Bob became the love of her life.  They were married in Saskatoon, September 9, 1950, and began their life together in Moose Jaw.  They had three children, Laurie, Greg, and Leslie.

Phyllis enjoyed needlepoint, painting, crafts and knitting along with plenty of reading.  She always looked forward to gathering with family. She never missed sending a card for birthdays or anniversaries to her three children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Bob Fysh (2004); parents, Gilbert and Valerie Marie Dolmage; two brothers Orville and Donald; sister Lauraine and their spouses.

Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Laurie (James) Eustace of Edmonton, Alberta and their children Adam (Raz), Ben (Kim) and Ryan (Kristina); son Greg (Barb) Fysh of Moose Jaw and their children Cindy (Brent) Forsyth, Harvey (Sherry) and Robbie (Angela); daughter Leslie (Evan) Tait of Inglis, Manitoba and their children Amy (Trent) Froese, David (Sandy), Heather (Mike) Tait, Jacqueline (Mathew) Tait; and twenty great grandchildren; Megan, Isaac, Julie, Molly, Olivia, Jake, Sadye, Masanobu, Adelae, Amelia, Aila, Maliyah, Hayden, Jack, Caleb, Nova, Levi, Sylvie, Ida, and Vera.
