Moose Jaw Police responded to 43 calls for service.

1:21 am – MVC – A two vehicle collision resulted in no injuries and approximately $15000 damage. One ticket was issued for failing to stop, and one ticket was issued for operating an unregistered vehicle. Both vehicles were towed.

7:53 am – 911– There was a report of an unknown male knocking at the door. The subject was located and transported to hospital.

8:35 am – Dispute –A dispute between two parties was mediated

8:53 am – Assist other Agency – There was a report of a vehicle with a small fire. It was extinguished.

9:15 am – Barking Dog – The owners were notified and warned.

9:07 am – Wellbeing Check- Family was concerned regarding a person’s wellbeing.

10:45 am – Break and Enter – The subject was charged with breaking and entering.

11:43 am – MVC – A driver backed into another in a parking lot. No reportable damage was done.

11:59 am – Parking Bylaw– The registered owner was contacted to move the vehicle.

12:36 pm – Theft –  Various items were stolen, and this is still under investigation.

2:20 pm – Fraud – A case of identity theft is still under investigation.

5:19 pm –Mischief– The driver’s side of a vehicle was keyed. Approximately $2000 of damage was done.

6:02 pm -Theft – There was theft of clothes and jewellery. The subject is to be charged.

9:45 pm – MVC – Police, Fire and EMS attended to a report of a collision involving a parked semi and half ton truck. The driver of the half ton was treated on scene by EMS.  After further investigation the driver was charged with exceeding .08 and impaired driving. The subject was released for a later court date.

11:19 pm – Noise Bylaw – There was a report of a semi parked and running in a parking lot. Upon investigation it was determined the semi was not running.

5:49 am – Break and Enter – Vehicles were entered and damaged. A building was also entered. Police are still investigating.

Police executed two warrants.

Police responded to three incidents of theft.
