Moose Jaw Police responded to 44 calls for service.

7:37 am – Driving Erratic – This is still under investigation.

8:57 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was towed for being unregistered.

9:58 am – Landlord/Tenant Situation – This was a civil matter and both parties were spoken to.

10:32 am – Abandoned Child – A small child was running down the street. The parents were located and the child was returned home. Social Services was advised.  

12:04 pm – Theft from Vehicle – A license plate was swapped with another plate. The stolen plate was added to the database.

12:19 pm – Theft from Vehicle – A license plate was swapped with another plate. The stolen plate was added to the database.

1:01 pm – Trespass – A subject entered the premises unlawfully. The subject was warned.  

1:13 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked in the area for a long time period. The vehicle was moved.

1:52 pm – Breach of Recognizance – The subject was charged for breach of recognizance and causing a disturbance. They are being held in cells for PACT to follow up.

1:56 pm – Parking Bylaw – The trailer was blocking access. The registered owner was informed and the trailer was moved.

3:37 pm – Traffic Bylaw – A subject has been parking across a cross walk frequently, and the subject was warned under the bylaw.

4:54 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was not answering calls or the door, and the subject was located safely at home.  

5:27 pm – MVA Over – A two vehicle accident resulted in one subject being charged for driving too fast for road conditions.

5:44 pm – Threats – A complainant was receiving threats. The subject was to be charged with a breach.

6:03 pm – Unknown 911/Other – A suspicious person was in the area. The subject was just at the wrong location.

6:13 pm – Armed Robbery – Suspects wearing masks were armed with a pipe and robbed a local business. There were no injuries. A K9 track resulted in two juvenile suspects being arrested. This is still under investigation. 

10:16 pm – Breach of Recognizance – The subject is to be charged with breach of recognizance.

10:19 pm – Dispute – A verbal dispute occurred between two aggravated drivers, and both parties were warned.

1:29 am – Intoxicated Person – A subject had not been seen for several hours. The subject was located at the hospital. 

3:01 am – Break and Enter – A building was entered through an insecure door. The alarm sounded and the suspects left.  This is still under investigation.
