Moose Jaw Police responded to 35 calls for service.

7:02 am – Break and Enter – A residence was broken into and personal property was stolen. Police are investigating.

7:33 am – Theft of Auto – Sometime overnight a vehicle was stolen from a residence. No suspects at this time.

8:17 am – Fraud – A personal banking card was used by an unknown person after being stolen at multiple locations across the city. An investigation is underway.

8:25 am – Well Being Check – A well being check was requested for a person. Police located the person and assisted them in getting the care they needed.

9:37 am – Dispute – Police assisted in mediating a dispute between two parties. Both parties were provided advice on how to proceed.

10:11 am – Mischief – Sometime during the morning a vehicle was damaged outside of a residence. Approximately $1,200 worth of damage was sustained on the vehicle. No suspects.

12:12 pm – Hit and Run – A vehicle was side swiped by another unknown vehicle, causing approximately $3,000 worth of damage, in the downtown area.

1:07 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was an unwanted guest at a place of business. Police and EMS attended to remove the guest and get them the treatment they needed.

2:22 pm – MVA Over – A semi-trailer hit the bridge. Police attended and found no signs of damage to the bridge.

3:13 pm – Missing Person – A missing youth was reported to police. Police located the missing youth safe and sound.

5:52 pm – Dangerous Driving – A vehicle was reported to be driving at a high rate of speed in a residential neighbourhood. Police attended to the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:58 pm – Harassing Calls – Police spoke with the parties involved and gave advice.

10:12 pm – Fire – Police responded with Fire to a motor vehicle accident, where the vehicle caught on fire. The fire was put out and the vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries.

10:39 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was an unwanted guest at a residence. Police attended and the unwanted guest left voluntarily.

12:11 am – Mischief – A residence sustained some damage from mischief. Police are still investigating the situation.

3:24 am – Unwanted Guest – There was an unwanted guest at a residence. Police attended and were able to provide a ride home for the unwanted guest.
