Moose Jaw Police received 38 calls for service.  

9:09 am - 1000 block of Monk Ave – Assault – File is under investigation. 

11:18 am - 100 block of High St W – Trespass – Subject will be issued a ticket for entering a building from which he had been previously banned. 

11:34 am - 0 block of Nettle Pl – Mischief – Complainant’s vehicle was entered and damaged.  File remains under investigation.  Damage is estimated at $3000. 

2:06 pm - 1300 block of King Cr – Suspicious person – Police attended to a report of a suspicious male in the alley.  The subject was actually a SaskTel employee doing work in the area. 

3:14 pm - 500 block of Thatcher Dr E – Theft Under – The file is still under investigation.  Jewelry and luggage were stolen. 

4:57 pm - 1500 block of Main St N – Hit & Run – Complainant’s vehicle sustained damage to the driver door and side mirror when it was struck by another vehicle that left the scene without notifying the owner. File remains under investigation. 

6:19 pm - 1200 block of 11th Ave SW – Theft under – Complainant had items stolen from the residence while she was packing to move.  File is under investigation.

6:45 pm - 1500 block of Smith St – Bike Theft – A black “Encore” BMX bike was taken from a residence in the area.  The bike has yellow rims and orange and yellow pedals.  The file is under investigation. 

8:09 pm - 700 block of Fairford St E – Landlord/Tenant Issue – Dispute was mediated.

8:29 pm - 500 block of 9th Ave NW – Vehicle Seizure – Vehicle was seized as a result of it being driven by a suspended/impoundable driver. 

8:54 pm - 200 block of 1st Ave NW – Possession of stolen property – Charges are pending.

 2:58 am - 800 block of Stadacona St E – Breach Court Order – Police attending to an unknown 911 call resulted in two adults being charged with breaching a court order.  The two were on conditions of no contact with each other. 

Police executed 1 warrant.
Police performed 5 curfew checks.
Police charged 9 people with breach of court order.
