Police and Fire Report for June 7-8

Moose Jaw Police responded to 57 calls for service.  

7:24 am – Assistance to Sick Person – An individual was located and transported to the hospital and was left in their care. 

10:47 am – Shoplifting – The subject was located and charged. 

12:03 pm – Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Police recovered a vehicle and advised the originating agency. 

1:19 pm – Barking Dog – The owner was given a warning. 

1:29 pm – Erratic Driving – The registered owner was located and warned of their actions. 

1:35 pm – Abandoned Vehicle – Police contacted the registered owners who will repair the vehicle and move it. 

2:44 pm – Threats – The parties involved were spoken to. 

3:43 pm – Theft of Auto – This matter is still under investigation. 

3:50 pm – Dispute – The parties were spoken to and the situation was mediated. 

4:18 pm – Lost Property – An Element brand wallet was lost, and this was reported for information purposes. 

5:37 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked on a street for over 2 weeks. Police spoke with the registered owner who will have it moved. 

7:54 pm – Suspicious Person – The individual was located and sent on his way. 

8:13 pm – Found Property – A purse was found and turned over to police. The owner was contacted and attended the station to pick it up. 

10:19 pm – Dispute – The parties were spoken to and the situation was mediated. 

12:30 am – Disturbance – The subjects left the area upon request.
