Many communities around the world will be celebrating this Saturday in honour of the life, writing, and contributions to Scottish culture made by poet, Robbie Burns.

Moose Jaw has held its own Robbie Burns night in various incarnations since the turn of the century and Timothy Eatons Gardens will be hosting the event January 25th.

"It's the traditional Scottish feast of roast beef and haggis." said organizer, Don Mitchell. "It's a traditional program with the Address to the Haggis, then the meal, a series of toasts and then entertainment with Scottish country dancing demonstrations and Desperate for Haggis will be playing traditional Scottish songs."

Tickets are limited, but available at Timothy Eatons.
