Today, the Government of Saskatchewan is reporting 11 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 1,662.

Two of the new cases are in the far northwest region, two in Saskatoon, two in the central west region, one in the central east, one in the southwest, one in the south-central, and one in the southeast zones. The location of the eleventh case is pending.

With one more recovery also reported, the active case count now stands at 58.

One person is in hospital in intensive care in Saskatoon.

Yesterday, 1,861 COVID-19 tests were performed in Saskatchewan.
