The Moose Jaw Warriors would come up short on Saturday in a back-and-forth affair battle with the Regina Pats, losing 8-4 at the Brandt Centre. Martin Rysavy had two goals in the loss, while Brayden Yager and Eric Alarie each had a goal apiece. The Warriors will have the week off and will be back at the Hangar on Friday night, as they host the Winnipeg Ice.

Sticking with the Warriors, they have made national news after the WHL announced four of their players have been suspended indefinitely. The news broke prior to Saturday's game that Connor Ungar, Max Wanner, Lynden Lakovic, and Marek Howell have been suspended pending an investigation by the league for possible violations of team rules and the WHL Standard of Conduct policies. The league has released no other details of the incident.

Make it five in a row for the Moose Jaw WINMAR AAA Warriors as they erased a three-goal first-period deficit to come back and beat the Notre Dame Hounds on Saturday 5-3. Connor Miller got the game-tying goal in the third period, while Grady Hoffman got the game-winner for the squad. They will finish the home-and-home series with the Hounds on Wednesday night at the Moose Jaw Events Centre at 7:00 p.m.
