The partnership between agriculture and wildlife in Saskatchewan is strong.  That relationship became even stronger this week as the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation announced a $20,000 donation to the Saskatchewan Stock Growers.

The money will go to the stock growers wildfire relief fund to help ranchers effected by the wildfires this past September. Moose Jaw's Darryl Crabbe, Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation, made the announcement in a press release earlier this week, noting that landowners play a pivotal role in maintaining wildlife habitat, which supports healthy wildlife populations, including species at risk.

Wildlife branches from all over Saskatchewan contributed to the donation.
