Local contractor, Greg Bellefeuille, woke up to terrible news Thursday morning when he was informed that his equipment trailer had been broken into.

Sometime during the night of August 12th, the trailer was towed 2 kilometres away from a job site and ransacked.

Bellefeuille had left his trailer full of Milwaukee tools at a job near Buffalo Pound.

"We were working last night and shut down our site at around 6:00. We locked all our tools up and put everything away. Then I got a call at 6 a.m. this morning saying that my trailer was gone."

When he found the trailer, it had been damaged and emptied.

"They broke the back door off and then stole all my construction tools. Probably $25,000 to $30,000 worth of tools."

This isn't the first time misfortune has hit Bellefeuille this year either.

"I was just robbed in February too. That's why they're all brand new cordless tools."

The Moose Jaw Police Service has visited the scene and taken fingerprint samples. Bellefeuille is asking the public to be on the lookout for anyone trying to sell new-looking Milwaukee tools for a cheap price.
