The Moose Jaw Warriors will start the season without one of the players they aquired from Calgary Hitmen in the Jett Woo trade this summer.

After previously committing to the Nashville Predators and their team's camp this fall, the 20-year-old defenceman Vladislav Yeryomenko has signed with Minsk of the KHL.

As part of the trade with Calgary, the Warriors will receive a third round bantam draft pick in 2020.

Woo was dealt to Calgary ahead of the 2019 bantam draft for Yaryomenko, forward Ryder Korczak, a second round pick in 2021 and the 11th overall selection in the 2019 draft, that ended up being Eastman Selects defenceman Denton Mateychuk.
