Defence lawyer Andrew Hitchcock has begun resolution talks for a man accused of firing a pellet gun in downtown Moose Jaw last October.

Logan Ferguson was arrested on Oct. 30 following reports of a pellet gun being fired in downtown Moose Jaw that injured one person.

Ferguson is facing charges including possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, causing bodily harm with intent using an air gun or pistol, mischief, failing to comply with an undertaking and failing to comply with a release order.

Legal Aid lawyer Zack Anderson appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday as an agent for Hitchcock with Ferguson appearing via phone from remand.

The case was adjourned until June 24 so that resolution talks could continue.
