Irene German, aged 89 years of Central Butte, SK, passed away Friday, August 3^rd, 2012. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 10^th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Central Butte United Church, Central Butte, SK. Interment will take place at Elbow Cemetery, Elbow, SK following the luncheon. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Bernard; son, Micheal and his wife Joanne; grandson, Jordan; and son, Norman Lockyer. Irene will be lovingly remembered by her children: Beric, Fred (Gloria), Tom (Marilyn), Daniel (Gail) and Doris; daughter-in-law, Erna Del Lockyer; grandchildren: Erica, Ben, Christopher (Trish), Ryan (Cathy), Eric (Paula), Christine, Steve, Katrina, Michael (Susan), Justin (Valerie), Tiro, Thabo and Mandla; great-grandchildren: Brooke, Zachary, Ashley, William, Stephanie, Donovan, Charles and Tommy; sisters-in-law, Marion and Noreen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Irene served in the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War and was an active legion member in Central Butte. Above all, Irene loved her family. Flowers are gratefully declined.
