He had never been in trouble with the law but now he's headed to jail for one year.  25 year old Moose Jaw man Justin Tomecek was sentenced to one year in prison yesterday after pleading guilty to sharing child pornography.

Tomecek was arrested after a Saskatoon police officer conducting an undercover child pornography investigation found 21 images and videos of child pornography on his computer.

After his release from jail, Tomecek will be subject to two years of probation.  He is also barred from having computer equipment or other devices that access the Internet except for work.  He is prohibited from having contact with anyone under the age of 16 except in public or while in the company of another person who is aware of his probation order.

Tomecek will now have to submit his DNA to the DNA databank, and will be added to the sex offender registry.
