The Moose Jaw Fire Department was kept busy on Tuesday night as they responded to a fire at a card lock on the North Service Road.

MJFD Chief, Rod Montgomery says that crews responded to the blaze at around 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday evening, as a cab of a semi caught fire.

"We had a unit from North Hill and South Hill and they did a quick attack on it and knocked the fire down," says Chief Montgomery.

He adds that there was no other damage to the area besides the cab of the truck and no injuries were reported.

Chief Montgomery showed gratitude towards the crews for extinguishing the fire so quickly and preventing it from spreading.
