Moose Jaw Police responded to 46 calls for service.

8:17 am - MVC with Injury – A two vehicle motor vehicle collision resulted in minor injury and the damage is estimated at $5,000. There were no tows and no charges due to road conditions.

8:39 am - Wildlife Act – A moose was walking around the area of a school. A conservation officer was contacted and ensured the moose left the city.

8:58 am - Theft Under - Sometime overnight a vehicle was entered. Taken was some parking meter change.

9:45 am - MVC – A single vehicle hit a light pole. The damage is estimated at $4,000, one tow was required, and there was no damage to the light pole.

11:13 am - Hit and Run – A hit and run occurred on February 18 with damage estimated at $2,000. SGI forms were filled out and submitted.

12:39 pm - Dispute – An ongoing dispute took place between two parties. Options were provided, and this was reported for information purposes.

2:37 pm - Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties. This is still under investigation for police to speak to the landlord.

3:31 pm - Theft – There was a theft from a business, with the loss estimated at $598. This is still under investigation for charges.

3:57 pm - Theft – The loss is estimated at $1,020. The subject was charged with theft and was released for a later court date.

4:02 pm - Assist EMS - Police assisted EMS with a patient.

6:06 pm - Police assisted the fire department when clearing a building. No fire was located.

8:12 pm - Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties. It was a verbal dispute and the parties separated for the night after police mediation.

8:47 pm - Theft – There was a report of thefts from vehicles. This is still under investigation for police to speak to the complainant.
