Moose Jaw Police responded to 34 calls for service.

8:02 am – 300 block 2nd Av NW – Hit and Run – A vehicle’s driver’s side front bumper was damaged. Approximately $1 000 of damage was done.

8:31 am – Fairford St W at 2nd Av NW – Erratic Driving – A subject ran a stop sign and almost hit the complainant. The driver was spoken to and warned of their driving actions.

12:07 pm – 1200 block 5th Av NW – Dispute – A complainant provided a statement in regards to a physical altercation. Police are still investigating to charge the subject with assault.

2:03 pm – 900 block Lillooet St W – Unwanted Guest – The subjects were squatting on private property. They were spoken to and left upon request.

2:05 pm – MacDonald St at Grafton Av – Assist Person – An elderly subject was confused and lost. The subject was returned to their residence successfully.

3:18 pm – 200 block Main St N – Hit and Run – A vehicle’s front bumper was damaged. Approximately $1 000 of damage was done.

4:20 pm – 1000 block James St – Unwanted Guest – Two adult subjects refuse to leave the complainant’s residence. Upon police arrival, one subject explained that they were there to pick up a few things. Police stood by to keep the peace.

4:25 pm – 1st Av NW at Oxford St W – Intoxicated Person – An intoxicated subject was found lying in the grass. The subject was arrested on warrants and was brought to cells and held until sober.

5:09 pm – 800 block Duffield St – Wellbeing Check – A wellbeing check was done on a subject after threatening comments were made. The subject was spoken to by police and was advised that everything was fine.

7:45 pm – 1500 block Main St N – Suspicious Person – A subject was spotted trying vehicle doors. The subject was warned and sent home.

9:08 pm – 1100 block 4th Av NW – Barking Dog – A complainant called in regards to a dog continuously barking and chasing after people. The dog owner was warned.

9:18 pm – 0 block Diefenbaker Dr – Vehicle Accident – A single vehicle hit a curb and airbags deployed. Approximately $5 000 of damage was done.

5:37 am – 200 block Fairford St E – Suspicious Person – A subject was sleeping on a bench. The subject was warned not to return.

Police responded to three 911 calls.
Police responded to two parking bylaw infractions.
Police executed three warrants.
