After missing the 2018 season with an injury, Canadian kicker Tyler Crapigna's run with the Saskatchewan Roughriders came to an end.

Crapigna was made expendable after the emergence of Brett Lauther last season.

In three seasons with Saskatchewan, the 26-year-old Crapigna was 76-of-88 for 86.4 percent on field goals and he was 74-of-78 on converts for 302 points.

The Riders announced in training camp last year that Crapigna would miss the entire season with an injury. Lauther came on and connected on 54-of-60 field goals and 33-of-36 converts while being named the team's Most Outstanding Special Teams and Canadian Player.

The Riders are scheduled to open training camp on May 19 in Saskatoon.
