Moose Jaw City Hall has a little reminder for local motorists.

City Engineer Ryan Johnson says some people are forgetting that this is construction season and city crews will be out working on local roads. "We've been receiving a lot of reports from the crews that many motorists are not adhering to a 40 km/hr speed as they go through these construction zones and they're still going at 50 or even 60 km/hr speeds. The most dangerous occupation is employees that are working on the streets and we just want to remind motorists to slow down to 40 km/hr."

With the warmer weather here, crews will be out in full force for the next three months so the pylons and the construction signs will be a daily thing until the snow falls this November.
