After nearly a full day of rumours, the Saskatchewan Roughriders made it official by announcing that they've signed receiver and returner Kyron Moore to a one year contract extension.

Moore could have been a free agent on Feb. 9 but chose to stay in green and white.

He had 996 yards in receiving last season, to go along with six touchdowns. He had four games with more than 100 yards receiving in 2019, including 119 yards in the West final against Winnipeg. In the return game, Moore had 602 yards and two touchdowns on punt returns, and 141 yards on kick returns.

Originally from Alabama, he spent four years at Austin Peay, playing 34 games. He started as a defensive back before moving to the offensive side of the ball in college.
