A 20-year-old man charged with attempted murder once again had his case adjourned to a later date.

Dillon Peeace did not appear in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday but was represented by lawyer Brian Pfefferle over the phone.

Pfefferle asked for the case to be adjourned until Nov. 28.

Dillon is charged along with Kyle Peeace with attempted murder after an alleged machete attack that took place in downtown Moose Jaw on Sept. 28.

Dillon is facing several other outstanding charges including failing to appear in court, causing a disturbance, resisting arrest, breaking and entering and uttering threats.
