A bail hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Moose Jaw Provincial Court for a man accused of shooting a pellet gun in downtown Moose Jaw.

Logan Ferguson appeared in court on Monday via video with his lawyer Andrew Hitchcock present in the courtroom. Hitchcock asked for the adjournment in order to consider a suitable residence for Ferguson to live at if he is released.

Ferguson was arrested on Oct. 30 following reports of a pellet gun being fired near Casino Moose Jaw that injured one person.

Ferguson is facing charges including possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, causing bodily harm with intent using an air gun or pistol, mischief, failing to comply with an undertaking and failing to comply with a release order.
