A thick layer of fog has settled in southern Saskatchewan and has reduced visibility on highways around Moose Jaw. 

Before heading out on Friday morning, Discover Moose Jaw wanted to provide a highway update as of 5:45 a.m.

Highway #1 east from Moose Jaw to Belle Plaine: Winter driving conditions exist, with some loose and swirling snow and good visibility. 

Highway #1 west from Moose Jaw to Mortlach: Winter driving conditions exist, with icy and slippery sections and good visibility.

Highway #1 west from Mortlach to Swift Current: Winter driving conditions exist, with icy and slippery sections, and reduced visibility.

Highway #2 north of Moose Jaw to Tuxford: Winter driving conditions exist, with loose and swirling snow and good visibility. 

Highway # south of Moose Jaw to Assiniboia: Winter driving conditions exist, with fog and reduced visibility.

Highway #39 from Moose Jaw to Yellow Grass: Winter driving conditions exist, with fog and reduced visibility.
