The fundraiser for the White Heather Pipe Band and the Scottish Country Dancers of Moose Jaw has officially sold out. The fish and chip dinner, which takes place on February 7th at Bobbies place will generate funding for uniforms and instruments.

Michelle Carline of the White Heather Pipe Band thanks the community for the overwhelming support, and encourages those who wish to support the group to contact her via email at mcarline@hotmail.com.

She says, “I would love to talk over anything they would like to come help us out with. We’re always looking for more assistance.”

Carline states that families with children ages 7 to 12 that are interested in the band visit the new Pathways School at 109 Ominica Street West on Monday nights to stop by and see if their children would like to play pipes and drums.
