Here we go.  After a very dry summer it looks like Mother Nature is going to dump all of that rain she's been holding back all at once.

Environment Canada has issued heavy rain fall warnings for Moose Jaw, Assiniboia, Regina, Fort Qu'Appelle and Humbolt regions.

An low pressure system is moving in from Montana and is creating some thunderstorms. The system is forming just south of Moose Jaw and could drop up to 75mm of rain on some areas, although 30-40mm is more likely.

While severe thunderstorms are possible, the biggest threat right now is high rainfall. This moisture is expected to form into a line which will push northeast towards Wynyard and Humboldt during the night.
