The City of Moose Jaw's Infrastructure Renewal Program construction on Main Street North is expected to expand starting today.

Contractors still have Main Street North closed from Manitoba Street to High Street. Starting today, the construction will extend onto River Street East. Motorists are reminded that the High Street and Manitoba Street intersections will remain open during this time.

Construction is also continuing on Coteau Street Southwest from 11th Avenue to 12th Avenue. Coteau Street will be closed from 10th Avenue Southwest to 12th Avenue Southwest. The 10th Avenue and 12th Avenue intersections will remain open except the 10th Avenue intersection will be closed on Thursday only.

Work on 16th Avenue Northwest from Caribou Street to Stadacona Street is wrapping up. Paving work is finishing up and it is expected to reopen to traffic today, weather permitting.

Residents are reminded that all businesses in these areas will be open during construction and can be accessed via the sidewalk or temporary walkways. The work is also weather-dependent.

Motorists are also asked to obey all traffic signage and use caution in construction zones.
