A Moose Jaw man who is currently on court-ordered conditions has once again found himself arrested.

At 1 a.m. on Sunday, the Moose Jaw Police Service was conducting a curfew check and checking court-ordered conditions for 35-year-old Brandon Gariepy.

During the check, police say they found and seized six guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, along was other stolen property.

Gariepy is now facing several gun and stolen property charges. Gariepy is in remand until a later court date.

In an earlier version of this story, it was stated that Brandon Gariepy was facing charges of attempted murder. These charges were stayed by the crown on June 18, 2021. The alleged victim and sole witness in the incident have both passed away and the crown has no way to proceed with the case.
