breakin

Moose Jaw Police are asking home owners and neighbours to keep an eye open for suspicious activity after a string of break ins over the last month or so.

Sgt. Cliff Froehlich says there were three on Wednesday all around late afternoon or during the supper hour and in each case, electronics were taken. "We had a few of these through out the Christmas season and that's when people seem to be away from home a little more often than normal visiting family and friends."

Froehlich says making a home look occupied is one of the easiest deterrents to a break in and with many people taking winter vacations in January and February, he's encouraging everyone to plan ahead and find someone to watch your home while you're away.
