Motorcyclist dies following two-vehicle collision

A motorcyclist has died after a two-vehicle collision in Moose Jaw on Sunday afternoon.

The Moose Jaw Police Service was called to the collision between a motorcycle and an SUV at about 3 p.m. on the 1500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The next of kin has been notified.

The two occupants of the SUV were also taken to hospital with injuries that are being described as "minor."

The Moose Jaw Police Service Collision Reconstructionist continues to investigate the accident along with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
