The provincial government is hosting a music industry consultation in Moose Jaw Wednesday to talk about the future of the industry in Saskatchewan.

Moose Jaw will have a special guest Wednesday afternoon as Legislative Secretary to the Premier in charge of the examination of the music industry, Joanne Crofford comes to town.

Crofford is conducting the first music industry consultation in Moose Jaw today at the Public Library over the noon hour.

The meeting is expected to discuss the future of the music industry in our province as we prepare to host three major music events in 2007. The Juno Awards is Saskatoon, the Canadian Country Music Awards in Regina, and the Western Canadian Music Awards here in Moose Jaw.
