With Homestand '23 just hours away, members of the community are pitching in to get Ross Wells Ball Park ready for a day of football and music in support of mental health and wellness initiatives in the Prairie South School Division, Holy Trinity Catholic School Division, and the beautification of Ross Wells Ball Park,

Thursday evening, members of the Prairie Hockey Academy, pictured above, were at the ballpark helping set up.

Homestand '23 begins tomorrow (September 9) at 2 p.m. with the screening of the Banjo Bowl before a night of great music begins with Jordan Pollard around 5:30 p.m.

The headliner for Homestand '23 is country artist Corb Lund, who will be joined by roots soul songwriter Lindi Ortega, folk rocker Mike Plume, and country artist Jordyn Pollard.

Tickets are still available for Homestand '23. The cost is $65 for the entire day and free for children 12 and under with an adult ticket. Tickets can be purchased at sasktix.ca or riverstreetpromotions.com

Homestand '23 is organized and run by River Street Promotions, a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that promotes wellness in the community using entertainment to spread awareness and educate.
