Milestone RCMP say Highway #39 is blocked off 7 km northwest of Milestone as of 1:10 p.m. due to a serious collision involving two vehicles.

Motorists can expect delays for several hours as the collision investigation is underway. Police are currently working to re-route traffic. 

STARS Air Ambulance posted on X at 12:09 p.m. that they were dispatched to the Milestone area.
