They have a strong and definitive lead in recent poll results but during a stop in Moose Jaw Friday, Sask Party leader Brad Wall said he’s not taking anything for granted.

Despite the support in recent poll results, Wall says they can’t afford to be over-confidant.

"I think the memory of 2003 takes care of that. We have won absolutely nothing yet and its very important for all of us to be encouraged by the numbers but we have a lot of work still to do".

What brought Wall to Moose Jaw just days before the election?

"We have great candidates here who work very hard and we want to draw attention to the fact that they have worked very hard. They are excellent representatives for the party and would be excellent MLA’s. We obviously would like to form a new government and should that occur we would like to see that Moose Jaw to have that solid representation if we’re successful on the 7th".

Wall is well aware the NDP has had a strong-hold on the two local ridings for years.

"There are many many close races shaping up across the province in places that be might be a surprise to the NDP and I’m happy to say that two of those races are right here in Moose Jaw".

Wall told supporters that Moose Jaw can do better with two Saskatchewan Party MLA's.

In Moose Jaw North Warren Michelson is the Sask Party candidate while Gwen Beitel is representing the Sask Party in Moose Jaw Wakamow.
