The South Saskatchewan Wildlife Association (SSWA) is hosting their gun show this weekend at the Moose Jaw Exhibition Convention Centre.

“It’s an annual gun show that we’ve been running for many, many years,” says SSWA President and Gun Show Chair, Don Park. “This year, we’ve got about 130 tables booked for exhibitors straight across the West.”

The show takes place on Saturday, March 4, from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, March 5, from 10 am to 3 pm.

Admission is $5 at the door. Kids under the age of 12 get in for free.

“It’s kind of like a mini trade show," Park adds."There’s going to be retailers that are selling brand-new firearms and hunting equipment. There’s going to be individuals selling used items, collectibles, and militaria. We’ve got an archery store coming in with many tables also. We have a wildlife artist there, and we’ve got some baking... The more you walk through the building the more you’ll see.”

Concession will also be available for anyone looking to grab a burger at the event.

All federal and local firearm laws and ordinances must be obeyed at all times.
