Three people are facing drug-related charges after the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a suspicious vehicle in the northwest area of the city on Saturday.

Police say the vehicle had several occupants along with quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine. An air-soft handgun and an expandable baton were also found inside the vehicle.

Police estimate the street value of the drugs seized at $7,400.

Three adults have been charged with trafficking a controlled substance, weapon offenses, and breach of conditions.

The three accused were released for a provincial court appearance at a later date.
