Two people are facing charges after the Moose Jaw Police Service conducted a traffic stop early Monday morning. 

A vehicle was stopped on Ninth Avenue Northeast at about 1:45 a.m. Police searched the vehicle and found 15.1 grams of cocaine along with other drug-trafficking paraphernalia. 

The stop resulted in two people being charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. One of the individuals was also charged with possession of a prohibited weapon. 

Also, one of the people arrested was wanted on multiple warrants. 

The individuals made their first court appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Monday.
