Humboldt is one of five national finalists for the title. Everyone can help the city win the title by voting. Voting opened on February 28th at 10:00pm, and will remain open until 10:59pm on March 4th.
There are three ways to vote:

If selected as 'Kraft Hockeyville 2009', Humboldt will host a National Hockey League pre-season game in the Elgar Petersen Arena, which CBC Hockey Night in Canada will broadcast. Humboldt will also receive $100,000 from Kraft to upgrade the arena. The runners-up will each receive $25,000 to be used for arena upgrades.
