The Canadians took both games against Remax Thursday night at Memorial Field.

After being upset in game one of their Memorial Field first round playoff series, the top seeded Canadians bounced back Thursday night.

Sean Lougheed led the Canadians to victory in the first game.  Lougheed went 4-for-4 with 3 RBI's in a 3-2 win.  Derek Ross got the win while Tim McKaig took the loss for the Remax.

The second game had a lot more offense but was just as close, as the Canadians outlasted Remax 10-9.  Joel Jordison was 2-for3 for the Canadians with a triple and a RBI.  Tim McKaig, Bill Cridland, Lee Behrns, and Bart Mahalicz had home runs for the Remax in the loss.  Xavier Tremblay got the win on the mound for the Canadians, while McKaig got the loss for Remax.

The wins give the Canadians a 2-1 series lead; they'll try to wrap up the series Monday night in game four.

The other Memorial Field League semi-final pits the Jets against the Park Hotel Giants.  The Jets lead the series 1-0.
