Every Christmas it seems there are a few elusive toys that raise a buzz, When I was a kid it was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures, but who can forget "Tickle Me Elmo" and "Furby".  It seems that we are taking a trip into the past this year as the top toy predictions include a new and improved version of the Furby, and a new laughing Elmo, not to mention the resurge of Rock em Sock em Robots!
