Schedule the time in for your work out. You'll always find something to replace your exercise time. For most people, working out is something they feel they "have to do" instead of "want to do". And that means it can seem like a chore.
Find something you like so you enjoy it!
Block off your time.
And if you miss a few days, who cares, get back into that routine and momentum and crush it.
Don't punish yourself for missing a work out.
And don't treat exercise like a punishment for something you ate, or punishment for how you think your body looks. Use it as a celebration for what your body can do!
The Strong Studio has an entire team of certified trainers that provide a huge variety of award-winning classes. They also plan fun events like the Fitness Retreat in Banff National Park May 25-28.
