As we enter the final few days of the campaign, party leaders across the province are trying to end the campaign on a positive note and grab those last few undecided votes.

The NDP are reaching to the national party for some support as the end of the election nears. Toronto MP Olivia Chow is in Saskatchewan Friday to campaign with Saskatchewan NDP Leader Dwain Lingenfelter.  Chow is the widow of the late Jack Layton.  Lingenfelter and Chow were in Saskatoon Thursday and will hit Regina Friday before returning to Saskatoon Friday night for a special event at the university.

Chow isn't the first national party member to help with the campaign in Saskatchewan. Last month, NDP leadership candidate Paul Dewar was in Saskatchewan doing some campaigning with Derek Hassen in Moose Jaw North.

Meanwhile, Saskatchewan Party Leader Brad Wall is rallying the troops in Regina during the noon hour.  A weekend kickoff is set for the Queen City as candidates have one last chance to talk to voters before Monday.

We're getting set for the big day on Monday.  Election parties are being planned and we're ready to bring you the winners as soon as they're announced.  Long time Moose Jaw newspaper reporter Ron Walters and former Saskatchewan Premier Grant Devine will join us on 800 CHAB for our election night coverage.

On Monday, polls open at 9am at various polling stations around the province and then close at 8pm.  That's when we hit the air with our province wide election coverage. We'll have reporters in various Saskatchewan communities along with a panel in studio to discuss the trends and results as they come in.
