Hockey Canada, in collaboration with the Canadian Hockey
League announced yesterday,  that forty-four of Canada's top junior aged
players (born in 1987 or later) have been invited to attend Canada's
National Junior Team Development Camp from July 23-28, 2006 in Calgary, AB.

Among those invited is Warrior forward Kenndal McArdle. The native of
Burnaby, BC had 28 goals and 43 assists for 71 points in this past regular
season.  McArdle also had 6 goals and 10 assists for 16 points in the
Warriors playoff run which ultimately led to the franchise's first ever
Eastern Conference Championship. 

The National Junior Team Development Camp is the first step in a process
that Hockey Canada follows to name Canada's National Junior Team roster in
December.  The camp will be held July 23-28 in Calgary, AB at the Father
David Bauer Arena, including intersquad games on July 26th, 27th and 28th.
