The Joel Jordison and Pat Simmons rinks are both 0-2 after day one of the 2007 Cactus Pheasant Curling Classic in Brooks, Alberta.

 

They both went in with high expectations, unfortunately, both have struggled.

Moose Jaw's Joel Jordison and Pat Simmons are in Brooks, Alberta for the 2007 Cactus Pheasant Curling Classic, and both stumbled out of the gates.

Team Simmons dropped their first game 7-4 to Charley Thomas, and then lost 6-3 to Edmonton's Mark Johnson.

Jordison lost his first game 6-4 to Dean Moulding then lost 7-4 to Sweden's Peja Lindholm.

Both teams are back in action Friday in "C' Event games.  Jordison takes on Reid Carruthers and Team Simmons plays the Norm Stafford foursome.
