The Moose Jaw Warriors beat the Saskatoon Blades 4-3 in overtime yesterday, evening up the WHL Eastern Conference Championship final at 3 wins apiece.

The Warriors had a 2-1 lead at the end of the first period, with the game tied 2-2 heading into the third. Saskatoon's Charlie Wright scored early in the third period, with Moose Jaw's Rilen Kovacevic evening the score 3-3, taking the game to overtime.

Game 7 of the series is tomorrow night at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon. You can see them off on Main Street at 1 p.m. today in what organizers are calling "The Runway to Victory". 

Out west, the Portland Winterhawks have a 3 games to 2 edge on the Prince George Cougars in that best of 7 with game 6 in Prince George tonight.

Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Dallas Stars are headed to round 2 after beating the Vegas Golden Knights 2-1 yesterday. The New York Rangers took game one of their second round series versus the Carolina Hurricanes 4-3. One game tonight and that has Boston in Florida to play the Panthers in game one of that 2nd round series.

In Major League Baseball the Toronto Blue Jays fell 11-8 to the Washington Nationals.
