It's a Moose Jaw Warriors gameday at the Hangar, as they host the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Moose Jaw is looking to return to their winning ways after two straight losses over the weekend to the Winnipeg ICE and Prince Albert Raiders. James Gallo - the voice of the Warriors will have the call for you on Country 100 starting at 6:40 p.m. with the pre-game show. 

What a weekend for the Moose Jaw WINMAR AAA Warriors, as they swept the Yorkton Maulers by scores of 6-3 on Saturday and 4-2 on Sunday to extend their winning streak to eight games. They now have 23 wins on the season and have moved all the way up to take over sole possession of fifth place in the league standings. Moose Jaw will finish their regular season on Friday in Regina against the Pat Canadians. 

The Moose Jaw U13 AA Warriors are onto the second round of the playoffs after they swept the Lumsden Lions this past weekend. It started on Friday night with a 9-4 win, and then Saturday they doubled up the lions 12-6. They will now play the Weyburn Wings on Friday night in Weyburn. 

Some of the top wheelchair curling will be coming to Moose Jaw from March 20 to 24 for the 2023 Canadian Wheelchair Curling Championships.

Moose Gibson, chair of the 2023 Canadian Wheelchair Championships, said teams are looking forward to coming to our city.

“I have spoken to teams from Newfoundland and New Brunswick and they're excited to come to Moose Jaw and see our great facility,” Gibson says.

Draws take place Monday through Thursday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the semifinals at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and the championship final at 1:30 p.m.

And in the NHL on Monday, Ottawa fell to Boston 3-1, the Flames dropped a close one 4-3 to the Flyers, and the Jets took down the Rangers 4-1.
