The Moose Jaw Warriors started off their eight-game road trip with a 5-2 loss to the Broncos in Swift Current yesterday, making for two losses in a row. The team sits at third place in the Eastern Conference, two points behind Medicine Hat in second. The Warriors are back on the ice tomorrow, when they're in Lethbridge to take on the Hurricanes at 8 p.m. 

The Moose Jaw Winmar AAA Warriors won 6-3 against the Estevan Great North Bears on Sunday. This Saturday, they face off against the Yorkton Maulers in an away game. 

The Scotties Tournament of Hearts continues in Calgary, with Team Saskatchewan and Moose Jaw's Skylar Ackerman taking a couple of losses yesterday in their Round Robin draws. They lost in a 7-3 game against Team Quebec and an 8-4 game against Alberta. They next play this afternoon against Team Canada, and currently sit in third place in Pool A. 

Plenty of Canadian wins in the NHL Last night. It was the Ottawa Senators over the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2, The Calgary Flames beat the Winnipeg Jets 6-3, The Edmonton Oilers picked up at 6-3 win against the Arizona Coyotes, and the Toronto Maple Leafs made a 4-2 win over the Saint Louis Blues.
